Adorenova Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, we make returns easy! You can return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with tags attached.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Wigs & lace fronts

Jewelry & accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets)

Lingerie, bodysuits, and shapewear

Swimwear (unless the hygiene seal is intact)

Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return

Log in to your Adorenova account and visit the My Orders section.

Click "Return Item" on the order you wish to return and follow the instructions.

Print the return label and securely pack your item.

Drop it off at the designated shipping carrier.
Return Shipping & Refunds

Your first return for an order is free (if using our return label). For additional returns from the same order, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive your return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your selection.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it for you!

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at customer.service@adorenova.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at customer.service@adorenova.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
